Coaches Information

Listed below are the forms you need to have filled out and signed for you to coached for the Hillsboro Recreation Commission.

First off, Thank you for your consideration to coach. Here are a few forms which need to be filled out and turned in to the recreation office.  You can email them to recreation@cityofhillsboro.net.

Every two years our coaches are required by my Recreation Commission to have this information filled out for a background check.  If you filled one out last year then you do not need to fill one out this year.
