Capital Improvement Plan

The city's engineering firm EBH has developed a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to direct and prioritize future infrastructure projects. The CIP addresses all the major infrastructure systems and includes trails and sidewalks. In 2024 the city will be working to develop a parks and recreation facility plan that will be added to the CIP. The CIP as proposed is available for download below.
