Hillsboro Development Corporation
The Hillsboro Development Corporation (HDC) was established for the purpose of developing the Hillsboro’s 160 acre Industrial Park located 1 mile east and north of the city. The Industrial Park is presently home to approximately 12 businesses with several prime building lots available. HDC is actively seeking prospective businesses to locate in the Industrial Park assisting with incentives, tax abatements etc. The overall purpose of HDC is to provide Hillsboro with a strong business climate where entrepreneurs can grow and succeed.
